Tuesday Dec. 31st at 5pm-
Last Night DIY New Year's Eve Parade: a do-it-yourself celebration since 2005- meet at
Pacific and Spruce (behind Saturn Cafe)
Since 2005! The only parade where there are no spectators - only participants! Last Night is a decentralized, collective, open, public New Year's Eve celebration. DIY stands for do-it-yourself. And that is what we are doing. This is our celebration that you and I make happen. This is not a paid gig, not something organized or well-planned. It's a people's event. We are doing this just for the love of it. More info at http://www.lastnightdiy.org/
At a time when downtown is such a controlled and contested space, this is a chance for folks to come together to celebrate in a collaborative way outside of institutional dictates.

Comments on the SubRosa website are fully moderated. As a collective, we agreed that the purpose of the website was to promote SubRosa, not to provide an online place for lively and invigorating debate. We hope that the space itself is where conversations on the nature of anarchism and local projects will take place. That said, we occasionally approve comments that are informative or reflect a viewpoint we feel it is important for website visitors to read.
