Together we make sounds that constitute the auditory reality of our lives.
Vocal Playshop with Kasia Moon
Sunday November 9th at 5-6:30pm
Learn techniques to develop the sounds you want to make with your beautiful body. This includes safe singing practices, a healthy breathing method, and games to loosen up creativity as it lends itself towards songwriting, improvisation, and oral presentation.
Best of all -- Connect with friends old and new in a sweet community space safe for making silly sounds!
If you've never ever sung a note, this is the place to be. If you find yourself singing the same notes over and over and want to expand your breadth, you're going to love this. If you've gone all over the place and want to hone in on what is true for you, yes come! Everyone will have plenty of chances to sing AND listen, and learn ways to get creative with what comes out of their pretty mouths.
Please bring a pen or pencil, paper, a reusable cup if you have one (for throat tea!), your ideas, friends, and a sense of adventure. This event is free of cost, though donations are appreciated! https://www.facebook.com/events/352392584921953/

Comments on the SubRosa website are fully moderated. As a collective, we agreed that the purpose of the website was to promote SubRosa, not to provide an online place for lively and invigorating debate. We hope that the space itself is where conversations on the nature of anarchism and local projects will take place. That said, we occasionally approve comments that are informative or reflect a viewpoint we feel it is important for website visitors to read.
